Title : Personal Fitness Trainer

Personal Fitness Trainer

Why is kickboxing the hottest new workout? MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)/Ultimate Fighting is the country’s fastest growing sport. Personal fitness trainers are taking advantage of the latest trend to motivate their clients and add a great workout strategy to their overall programs. Kickboxing is a demanding cardio exercise and a full body workout. To maximize the benefits and avoid injury, a personal fitness trainer can adapt the workout to the individual client. This is the role of today’s personal trainer: to go beyond the gym routine and incorporate lifetime activities that will keep you healthy for the long term.

If you plan to seriously make permanent changes in your physical condition, find a well-qualified personal fitness trainer. Do not trust your body and health to a low paid ‘trainer’ with a one-day training certificate in a big chain gym. A physical fitness trainer studies human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, sports medicine and nutrition. A physical fitness trainer evaluates your current physical condition, developing a complete program for nutrition, cardio condition, muscle tone, and strength. A physical fitness trainer will monitor your progress and make adjustments to challenge you, to motivated you, and to improve your results. A physical fitness trainer will educate for life long good health.

Physical fitness trainers work in commercial gyms, in private gyms, in resorts, in large hotels, in business gyms, and in a client’s home. Personal trainers work by appointment for individual sessions or small group sessions. A physical fitness trainer should begin your fitness program by evaluating your condition based on age, weight, height, medical conditions, flexibility, cardio endurance, and strength. A personal trainer also needs to have a realistic idea of your goals and the time you will devote to working out. Your fitness training program would be tailored to your goals, your needs, and the reality of your schedule.
In the first stages of fitness training the personal trainer should demonstrate an exercise and how to use each machine. The physical fitness trainer should show you how and where to place your hands and feet for each exercise. In addition, the trainer should explain how the exercise is effecting your muscles and make sure you can feel the movement of the muscles to understand how the exercise works your body. The personal trainer should teach you to breath as you do each exercise. As the training continues, the personal trainer should continue to reinforce correct posture and execution of each exercise.
As the fitness program progresses, the personal fitness trainer should continually monitor your progress, adjusting your program. Waiting six weeks to make any adjustment is too long. Another advantage of a personal trainer is that the trainer can keep you motivated. Work hard enough to be challenge but not so hard that you burn out or get injured. A physical fitness trainer should vary your routine to work all muscle groups and also to keep you interested. In addition to gym work, today’s personal trainer will help you develop interests and activities that you enjoy and will help maintain your condition.
